One of the most consistent wines in Australia. As usual this is a beautifully textured and piercingly pure expression of Riesling.
Citrus, crushed rock and lemon blossom frame the nose, the palate has a mineral backbone derived from citrus and slate; there is a chalkiness of texture and lemon pith like grip to finish.
The length to finish in considerable and there is a faint embellishment of jasmine.
