Almost clear in colour, there is the same pretty aromatics as the Emerald Isle but with more of a savoury and textural aspect to lime, slate and citrus blossom. There is great persistence to lime blossom on the palate with layered acidity and wet slate like contrast, the finish is long, with a chalkiness to it that is very satisfying.
