A very light yellow in colour, wonderfully concentrated and precise nose of lime that moves between tahiti to kaffir in terms of the spectrum with some floral tones in the background. The lime continues on the palate, with an enjoyable influence of green apple and jasmine that has a suppleness to it and is a beautiful textural contrast to the flowing acidity. The finish has layers of texture and fruit with a finish that goes on and on.
