2022 Bethany First Village Riesling

The grapes were sourced from the Eden Valley, and the wine gives a light yellow colour in the glass. The nose is plush and ripe with frangipani florals working with mandarine and a touch of kaffir lime. The palate has enjoyable texture and balance, there is plenty of generous citrus fruits that are laced with floral tones, whilst also having a lovely spine of mineral acidity that gives a textural chalkiness to finish. A wine to drink over the shorter term at a very good price.
