Elevation and Riesling are almost always a great match, this is certainly the case with this reserve release from Colmar Estate.
The nose combines a mineral citrus note and the subtle aromatics of jasmine and citrus blossom. The palate has such incredible balance and texture; there is a chalky backdrop of acidity that is crystalline and mineral but near perfectly integrated with richer lime and Mayer lemon; a jasmine thread is a constant and the length is excellent
