A light yellow in terms of colour, with a nose of Meyer lemon and some lemony tones. The palate has good texture with a fullness of citrus fruits that tend more lemon than lime with an enjoyable line of acidity that has a slate like edge. There is a tartness of lemon juice that will soften with time and has an underlying chalkiness to it.
