The wine has 15g per litre of residual sugar and for vintage 2022 was sourced from the Angullong Vineyard in Orange.
A light yellow with a fleck of green in the glass, aromatics are focused on fresh lime with wet slate and orange blossom giving background interest.
The wine has impeccable balance with the residual sugar barely noticeable, yet is the reason for the wonderful texture in terms of the tempering it provides to the driving acidity. The orange blossom on the nose flows through the palate and is joined by a touch of honeysuckle and ripe green apple. Excellent length to finish.
