The nose has just ripe lime that works in with crushed rocks and more floral jasmine aromas that come with time. There is a bit of a sweet and sour aspect to the palate with achingly drying lime influences that give a chalkiness of texture set against richer citrus blossom. A touch of grapefruit to finish, the wine will need a bit of time in bottle to come together.
