An incredibly unique wine in an Australian contex, being a blend of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 Riesling from Canberra District.
This is a wine of piercing purity with an abundance of flavour and most importantly texture.
Aromatics move between meyer lemon and lime to jasmine and citrus flowers, acidity is precise and has a density to it that is laced with citrus. The palate is long and layered but holds a freshness and flow that is rather captivating.
The word purity keeps coming to mind with the finish having such clarity of citrus and floral notes. Incredible wine.
