Sauvignon Blanc from the Bellarine Peninsula with aromatics that are almost Semillon like with lemon curd, guava and subtle herbaceous tones. The palate has weight and texture and enjoyed its time in bottle with layered citrus fruits and gentle tropical inputs working well against bright acidity and a white grapefruit like texture. The wine comes to a close with a continuation of guava fruit and weave of crushed herbs.
