A nose that is pushing the boundaries when it comes to a herbaceous and capsicum laden white wine, the palate continues in the same vein with green capsicum overwhelming any other fruit; texturally there is a suppleness initially that is contrasted by fine lines of acidity, however the finish sees a return of the dominant, in your face green fruit.
