Light yellow in colour with the nose a touch reductive initially and then revealing snow peas, guava and citrus tones. The palate has good texture with tropical fruits given a herbaceous edge and enough palate weight to provide depth and contrast. The finish is savoury and has a crunch to citrus, grapefruit and guava.
