The fruit was sourced from the Crayeres vineyard and 39% of the wine fermented in in large French oak, the remainder in steel before being aged on lees prior to bottling. The nose is a mix of green herbs, subdued tropical fruits and a faint lees induced richness.
The palate is all about texture and balance, there is a lemony baseline that is a touch saline which gives contrast to just ripe stone fruits; grapefruit gives a twist of texture to finish with length of citrus to finish.
