A classical Sauvignon Blanc nose of boysenberry, cut grass and understated passionfruit with power and impact. The wine certainly sits on the green baking herb side of the Sauvignon Blanc spectrum, but it does it with class and precision. The lines of acidity and crunch of underripe tropical fruits provides texture and length.

It might be a touch on the austere side for some, but others a food friendly cool climate sauvignon blanc.
