2022 Terre a Terre Crayeres Sauvignon Blanc

Once again it is clear why this is the most lauded Sauvignon Blanc in the country. There is concentration and texture with the wine going beyond the impact of primary fruit and more about feel and presence.

Aromatics tend towards understated passionfruit with a touch of Meyer lemon and custard apple on the nose. The palate has incredible drive and a mouth filling texture from time on lees; there is an underlying savoriness and slight saline note to fruits that span from citrus to poached pear. The length is long and layered with texture.
