A pronounced herbaceous thread on the nose of capsicum, cut grass and lime fruit in the background. The palate continues in the same vein with herbs as opposed to fruit the focus; there are tropical fruits that give depth and breadth to the mid palate before a boysenberry focus to finish. Will polarise some but enjoyable within the style.
