2023 Sidewood Sauvignon Blanc

Sidewood are on of the most consistent and best value producers in Adelaide Hills, as always this Sauvignon Blanc delivers a wine that is textural, precise and positively brimming with tropical fruits. The nose is varietal with gooseberry and passionfruit and a slightly more pronounced cut grass and herbaceous influence than previous years. The palate has generous tropical fruits that work against a baseline of tuat, mineral and beautifully textured citrus acidity. The finish has a mineral crushed rock note to boysenberry fruit with great freshness.
