Light yellow in colour the nose shows a nice mix of citrus and restrained tropical fruits.
What I like most about this wine is the balance between riper citrus / floral notes and the more savoury characters that are imparted by elements of the wine seeing oak maturation.
The length is excellent and pays homage to pristine fruit and complex wine making.
