A blend of 58% Semillon, 40% and 2% Verdhelo, the wine saw 4 months in barrel with the majority new oak helping add complexity and structure to the wine.
The youthful nose gives flashes of oak spice to lemon and lanolin with the medium bodied palate steeped in citrus and green apple fruit. The wine benefits from a grapefruit like texture that is contrasted by softer creamy inputs on the mid palate, the finish sees a return of citrus dominance and is long and focused.
