This is a Sem Sav Blanc with all the trimmings with quality fruit and clever winemaking on show.
A light yellow in the glass, there is a grassy and herbaceous edge to the nose that's tempered by lanolin and citrus.
Lemon curd with a restrained creaminess plays perfectly against tart citrus acidity and gentle tropical fruits on the palate. The mid palate brings in a more savoury, oak and lees induced thread that frames citrus and quince to finish.
