A classical blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc that is a quaffer for the warmer months. The nose has some washed out tropical notes with citrus and a touch of floral aromatics.
The wine is more on the savoury side of the spectrum and is citrus dominant wine with a chalky lemon acidity meeting crunchy green apple and a grapefruit twang to finish.
