This is a classical representation of Hunter Semillon that is approachable now but will develop over the coming decade. A light gold in colour the nose sits on the lemon side of the citrus spectrum with touches of lanolin and lemongrass. The palate continues the lemongrass thread with an enjoyable build in concentration that plays well against flowing acidity. There is a chalkiness to lemon curd flavours to finish with very good length.
