A nose of candied lime with flashes of citrus and some background baked pineapple notes. There is a moreish texture to the wine with the interplay between acid, residual sugar and lime inspired fruits wonderfully proportioned. The finish has the acidity and structure to give length to both kaffir and finger lime.
