The grapes come from some of the premier old vine regions within the hunter valley and is built to age.
A very light yellow in terms of colour with aromatics of lime that are supported by granny smith apple and subtle lemongrass influences. The palate has an elegance to it, there is supple and expansive lime fruit that builds in intensity with a mineral line of acidity and crunchy green apple that fills the mouth. A saline like intensity adds to the finish that just keeps you coming back for more.
