A light yellow in colour with lanolin, meyer lemon and a faint mealy note on the nose. A rounded and expansive wine that sees a build of fine, mineral acidity that works beautifully with some residual sugar. Citrus fruits are met with understated pineapple to finish. Exceptional winemaking on show.
