A nose of bruised green apple and clotted cream meeting citrus fruits. The palate has racy acidity that gives a chalky, slippery texture to the wine. In terms of fruit lemon is at the wines core, there is a faint honey undertone however time will be needed for the wine to unfurl and truly express itself.
