A nose of lemongrass, lime juice and citrus blossom. There is a lovely sweetness to the wine across the mid palate, with a wave of mineral acidity that takes over the wine and beautifully contrasts the sweetness that would otherwise become cloying. There is such precision to finish with lemon zest and jasmine lingering.
