A nose of fresh lime and lemongrass that has some floral jasmine like tones. The palate gives fresh lime juice that has both texture and concentration; acidity is precise and mineral and provides contrast to the chalky texture of citrus fruits. The finish is drying with a saline and savoury side to the wine. Has all the hallmarks of a classical Hunter Semillon.
