The most compelling nose in its youth of the 2022 release which is no surprise given time on skins; aromatically there is some mandarin and gooseberry notes to the lemon lime influence you typically expect. It is the boysenberry note that is the most dominant aspect on the palate, with citrus secondary. There are the trademark lines of acidity before the faintest influence of residual sugar provides a textural counterpoint to the otherwise drying finish.
