Lemon zest meets honeydew on the nose, the palate has good mouthfeel that is offset by tangy acidity that has impact, but there is enough fruit to carry it. Acidity in this case gives both a drying and textural note to the wine whilst accentuating the citrus notes. A very enjoyable example of the variety that is bound to evolve in the bottle.
