Light yellow in the glass, the nose shows typical Viognier Apricot, and some subtle spice for good measure. The wine has extremely concentrated fruit with apricot the most evident. There is a savoury touch on the mid to back palate, that contrasts the concentrated fruit with spicy elements. The length is excellent and a great example of the variety
