The vineyard was established in 1984 and is planted to 20 acres of vines, this is a big and generous Viognier with concentration, richness and texture from both the finished alcohol and time in bottle.
A straw yellow in terms of colour, the nose gives a creamy rendition of apricot and yellow peach alongside some vanillin notes. The palate has a melange of white stone fruits against a lemon / lime backdrop and clotted cream richness on the palate. The acidity is still holding and the wines generosity will mean it will have a number of admirers.
